The new Ifanger Swiss-Drill micro tools line enables process-reliable micro drilling from Ø 0.20 mm up to drilling depths of up to 50xD - ideal as a supplement to Swiss-MicroTurn for complete cycles on Swiss-type lathes and machining centers.

This specially developed product line includes high-precision pilot drills, centering drills and drills for the most demanding applications in micromechanics.

Perfect complement to Swiss-MicroTurn

The Ifanger Swiss-DrillCut tools have been developed, among other things, as the perfect complement to our proven Swiss-MicroTurn internal turning tools. The proposed combination hereunder enables complete machining cycles of parts in titanium alloys on swiss-type lathes:
